As the sun sets over Kanab, UT, the RRR is almost history. Jack & Barb,Karl and Bev, all did a lot of work. Others helped too, It was an excellent rally. The buffet line tonight was plentiful and good. As with every VROC gathering, old friendships were renewed, and new ones made. A few have left, but most will ride out in the morning, in all different directions. There are forest fires all around us, and more thunder and lightning storms are in the forecast. I'm sure there will be a lot of interesting trip reports posted in the next few days as people return to home and their computers. The next time I'm able to get on line, there will be a new blog called: http://kanabtocoosbay.blogspot.com. There's nothing on it now, but there will be soon. Thanks for the nice comments I've received about the pictures. I'm sorry that I didn't get everyone, but my brain can only handle so much. If you're not here, it wasn't intentional.

This is the front of a large collection of movie sets. We walked through it, very interesting. Some of the movies go back to the 40s', many into the 60's and 70's, and a few newer ones. A large mess hall with lots of signed pictures from the actors that have worked there. A nice gift shop too. Just full of Kokopelli things. When I first read about and started learning about Kokopelli, he wasn't even popular. During the last 10 years, he's become the most popular figure of all the rock writings in the South West.

Directly across the street from the Parry. The town is full of tourist stores, and we saw 3 nice looking Thrift Shops on the main street, several cafe's and Restaurants, local entertainment attractions, and 3 museums. It's a perfect place for the rally. Another thank you to the 4E's and also Karl and Bev Guzzo for all the work that went into this.

Brillo is figuring out the best way to get Pipers flat tire off, using EZ's trailer as a bike lift. The cooler under the frame is full of soda pop, and when we lowered (yes, I even helped) one of the cans broke and sprayed coke. I don't know who the cooler belongs to, but it won't be very functional anymore!
